If I enroll, can I live in Toyota Woven City?
A
Residency is not provided with enrollment. (Currently, Toyota Woven City is not generally recruiting residents.)

Is it possible to enroll the school without living in Toyota Woven City?
A
Our school accepts enrollment from individuals who are not residents of Toyota Woven City.
However, please note that enrollment is subject to capacity at the time. More information will be provided during the school information session and other occasions.

Are you open on weekends and national holidays?
A
We are not currently open on these days.

Are there any conditions regarding parents’ work status?
A
Irrespective of parents’ work status our service can be used.

In the case of sickness, can my child still attend child care? What happens if they suddenly get sick?
A
We apologise but we are unable to allow sick children to attend day care. In the case of sudden sickness, parents will be contacted and asked to come and collect them and depending on the circumstance your child could be taken to a nerby hospital.

How do you respond to earthquakes, typhoons and other natural disasters?
A
When you child is in our care, we will respond urgently and ensure their safety. Connected to this, children will remain in our care until parents are able to collect them.

How do you cater to any allergies?
A
We may not be able to cater to these but please notify us in advance of any allergies.

Can my child enrol part-way through a year?
A
Yes, but please make an information session and consultation reservation first.

What is the difference between “Community” and “Class”?
A
“Community” is a full-time preschool (childcare facility) . “Class” is is a regular lesson or activity that children attend.

For Nido Class (0 – 1.5 years old), what is the paricipation age?
A
Enrollment acceptance is given provided your child can hold up its own head.

What is the enrollment age at the Infant Community (full-time preschool)?
A
Children from 1.5 years old can enroll.

After a child enrolls in the Infant Community (full-time preschool), is there a settling-in period?
A
Yes, there is. We provide a settling-in period to help both children and parents feel comfortable attending.For peace of mind, please contact us for details, such as its duration.

Do you run events for parents to take part in at the Infant Community or Primary Community (full-time preschool)?

Yes, several times a year. Please consult the ‘annual schedule’ for more information.

What happens if my child suddenly get sick?
A

Generally the service will run as usual unless there are special programs scheduled.

Can I use the service if their school is closed due to influenza or other reasons?

If your child is in good overall health and has received two influenza vaccinations, we will be able to look after them.

Can you check my child’s homework?

During individual work time this is possible.

Can I experience or take a tour of the service?

Yes, after attending the information session.

If my child is still in nursery (kindergarten), can they join?
A
You can join as a reservation member which ensures enrollment from the first grade of elementary school. If you wish to use the service while your child is still in preschool, please enroll them in the nursery.

Do you provide snacks?

Yes. Children can help themsevles to the prepared snacks.

Is it possible to bring a packed lunch?

Yes, but no discount to fees will apply.
