At the Z-kai Inventive Elementary School, we support children in “opening the future”.
We also provide support for children becoming independent and self-reliant after graduation from our School, regardless of the path they choose.
1. Essential career guidance
Based on the concept of “Child-centered,” which is a key concept of our School, tailored career guidance for each child is thoughtfully provided.
We earnestly listen to each child’s thoughts and ideas about “what kind of path they want to take” and “what kind of preparation is necessary to follow that path” and utilize the knowledge of the Z-kai Group to provide personalized and optimal career guidance.
2. Study of subjects in preparation for entrance examinations
Our educational features are based on the Montessori Method, combined with STEAM, inquiry-based learning, etc. to provide “the best education for children at the right time”.
Although children learn in different ways, in a different order, and at a different pace, by the time they graduate, they will not only have covered national curriculum content, but they will also have the ability to learn with confidence in whatever career path they choose to pursue.
In addition, if they wish to take entrance examinations for private junior high schools in the Tokyo metropolitan area or elsewhere, we will provide support through our deep knowledge by utilizing the strengths of the Z-kai Group. Study at our School links to knowledge required to study for entrance examinations, so children are not simply cramming for entrance examinations, but are nurturing their ability to understand the essence of the subject and can therefore develop their ability to grow even after they enter junior high school.
3. Diverse relationships with staff
Another strength of our career guidance is that children who attend our School have relationships with a diverse range of staff in Toyota Woven City.
We believe that by being stimulated by these diverse interactions and developing an image of their own future, such as “I want to be that kind of adult” or “I want to do what Mr./Mrs. XXX does,” children will strengthen their ability to learn and “open up their future”.
