Z-kai Inventive After-School offers unique opportunities to discover the essence of learning, supported by our exceptional human, physical, and temporal environment.
The Human Environment
The Z-kai Group’s expert staff both directly and indirectly provide learning content that is optimal for each child’s current needs.
In addition, we invite experts in various fields to serve as instructors, providing opportunities for children to hear directly from them and engage in dialogue. These real-world information and experiences cannot be obtained simply by reading or watching; we cultivate children’s curiosity and spirit of inquiry.
The physical Environment
At Toyota Woven City, children will experience the invention process by witnessing demonstrations of various technologies and learning about the processes that lead to their creation.
By connecting this environment to their experiences, children gain through their regular academic learning, allowing us to foster their ability to learn autonomously.
What’s more, we provide opportunities for children to use the various facilities and tools within Toyota Woven City to get their hands dirty, experiment, and invent things through trial and error.
The Temporal Environment
We minimize time divisions in order to provide children with ample time to concentrate and engage in their activities.
We believe that a sense of security comes from having enough time to do what they want and it motivates them to do what they need to do.
We cultivate their ability to prioritize what they want to do and what they need to do through effective time use.
