After School

Regular usage of the service

Regular services available to registered members.

• Volume of use

  Within the space of a week, 4-5 days, 2-3 days or singular day patterns can be selected.
  Usage can be changed from month to month.

• Time use

  Usually until 7pm, but an extension to 9pm is possible.
  Additionally, on days when elementary schools are closed,children can arrive from 8am.

  How to spend the day

  

• Accompany someone to pick them up

  We can pick up students by bus from the following schools.

  • Susono City
    • Tomioka Daiichi Elementary School
    • Fukara Elementary School
    • Higashi Elementary School
    • Nishi Elementary School

  • Nagaizumi Town
    • Nagaizumi Elementary school
    • Nagaizumi North Elementary school

  • Private Elementary school
    • Katoh Gyoshu Elementary School

  *If your child attends an elementary school other than those listed above, or a public elementary school in Mishima City, please contact us individually.

  

• Snack Provision

  We provide bread and sweets as supplementary snacks.

  *Students may also eat snacks they make themselves in the school kitchen.

  

• Independent work

  Students can work on individual activies (work).
  Students can use time for school homework or independent study.
  We provide support for checking and grading school homework.

  

  

• Project-based learning

  In groups of two or more, children will set up a project, complete it over two to three months and present their results.
  Each project will be primarily driven by the children, but if it proves difficult for them to manage on their own, staff or professionals in the relevant field will provide support.

• Z-Kai tablet based learning

  Enrolling your child in Z-kai’s tablet-based learning program.
  With “good questions” that build confidence and solid academic skills, and a “digital” system designed for effective independent learning, we will help each child develop their abilities at their own pace.

• Special programs

  Long school holidays program.
  During this time, children can engage in activities together, such as physical outdoor exercise, creating large-scale projects, conducting experiments, holding events, and exploring Toyota Woven City.
